  2. These next tests check the outputs of the 8255 parallel port interfaces,
  3. which select several internal functions.
  4.  
  5.     37          (IC2) port A all lines high and beep
  6.     38          (IC2) port A all lines low
  7.     39          (IC2) port B all lines high
  8.     40          (IC2) port B all lines low
  9.     41          (IC2) port C0-C3 high, C4-C7 low, M.SCR 1MHz and F.LOCK ON
  10.     42          (IC2) port C0-C3 low, C4-C7 high
  11.     43          (IC53) port C all lines high
  12.     44          (IC53) port C all lines low
  13.  
  14. The following tests display busy and scan line status using the rightmost eight
  15. digits of the display.  You will push buttons to cause the digit to change from
  16. a 1 to a 0 indicating that the associated button has been pushed.  AT (ATUNE)
  17. also requires AUTO.  Any TX means PTT, SEND, AT or VOX ON with sound.

  31. The digits 0-9 are on the front panel keyboard.  Dip2-dip10 are the
  32. segments of S50, the SSB frequency response dipswitch of the
  33. control unit printed circuit board. Changing not recommended.
